About the project
As part of the Development Program of A. Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University and the priorities of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan, the university launches the Yassawi Center of Academic and Research Excellence (CAIP).
Project BR24992814 — "Development of innovative technologies and modern infrastructure for sustainable development of Southern Kazakhstan".
Priority area: Life and Health Sciences
The goal is to conduct comprehensive research in medicine, biotechnology and ecology, and to develop scientific and practical approaches to effective management of biological resources for integrated and sustainable innovative development of the Aral-Syrdarya region.

Mission
Akhmet Yassawi University trains in-demand specialists and develops applied science, combining education, clinic and research infrastructure to improve quality of life, support sustainable development of the Turkestan region and integrate Kazakhstan into the global academic and research space.
Vision
By 2029 Akhmet Yassawi University will be the recognized leader of the Turkic world and Central Asia in molecular diagnostics, biotechnology, eco-oriented innovations and export of educational services.
The university will become a regional competence hub uniting clinical practice, fundamental and applied science, as well as international partnerships through CAIP.
